This is the start if a new era for me.  I’ve been blogging trips for a while on TravelPod, but, sadly that platform has closed down – so, WordPress, here we come.

The site is pretty basic so far, but it should get better over time

Hopefully, I’ll also get a chance to add some retrospective posts for some of the more interesting trips we had prior to me starting the whole blog thing back in 2013.   There are actually a few interesting stories to tell – such as the time we very nearly had to make that difficult decision at the Mexican border “do we still go ahead with our holiday if one of our members gets arrested or just refused entry?”
